| Week 15: Caroline's Christmas present comes early this year, with a nice #1 finish on the week, including 2 more correct picks than anyone else, which pushes her up the ladder from 7th to 5th place. Way to go, Caroline! Sparky is right behind, though, as the only player among the group who made 11 correct picks to also make 2 underdog picks (which nobody else did this week!). Sparky also earns a Genius Pick (tm) for choosing the Colts! Ben also moves up 2 spots, with a nice 3rd place finish this week. Tom as well, though his advance is only by default, as we didn't receive picks from Jacob and David this week. |

Scoring: Each correct pick earns you a point. In addition to that, each correct underdog pick earns you a bonus point. Underdogs are indicated by the presence of a number next to the team name on the pick sheet, representing the number of points that they are expected to lose by (point spread).
Deadlines: It is in your interest to make your picks accurately and get them in on time. Late submissions may be allowed at the discretion of the poolmaster; changes in picks, after the submission deadline, are not allowed. |

The winner at the end of the regular season gets their name engraved on the plaque of the trophy. The previous year's winner is responsible for getting the plaque updated, and the trophy mailed to the new winner in a timely fashion. Mark and Rosa have set the bar very high for turnaround time here.
Note: only family members are eligible for the family trophy. Other invited players are eligible for the "Family and Friends" trophy.
While we do run a pool for the postseason, there is no prize other than the honor of winning. |
