| Week 5: Emma was ahead for most of Sunday, but David pulls even after the MNF game. Emma's results put her in first place for the season now, so keep a careful eye on her! Dusty, Natalie, and Ben all have good results that bring them up two or more spots in the season standings as well. A rough week for Terry, though, who picks less than half the games correctly, and as a result drops five spots on the season board to 15th. Oddly, though, one of his few correct picks (Cin) was a genius pick. Go figure! Flo also earns a Genius with Jax. |

Scoring: Each correct pick earns you a point. In addition to that, each correct underdog pick earns you a bonus point. Underdogs are indicated by the presence of a number next to the team name on the pick sheet, representing the number of points that they are expected to lose by (point spread).
Deadlines: It is in your interest to make your picks accurately and get them in on time. Late submissions may be allowed at the discretion of the poolmaster; changes in picks, after the submission deadline, are not allowed. |

The winner at the end of the regular season gets their name engraved on the plaque of the trophy. The previous year's winner is responsible for getting the plaque updated, and the trophy mailed to the new winner in a timely fashion. Mark and Rosa have set the bar very high for turnaround time here.
Note: only family members are eligible for the family trophy. Other invited players are eligible for the "Family and Friends" trophy.
While we do run a pool for the postseason, there is no prize other than the honor of winning. |
