Week 3's movers and shakers are Rosa and Dusty, each of whom moves up 4 spots -- congrats! Ben's still going strong in (effectively) first place. Interestingly, MFM and Underdog are tied (in last place), which means that there have been exactly twice as many favorite wins as underdogs.
