| Week 11: David was in the lead coming into Monday night, but his attempted Genius Pick (tm) did him in, and he ends up in a tie with Dusty. David did great with underdogs this week, earning an amazing 6 bonus points! Dusty, on the other hand, came into his first place finish with very solid picking resulting in a 71% pick percentage and 4 bonus points. Mark earns a genius pick this week, being the only one brave, or die-hard enough to pick Denver with Manning out (or whatever other excuse you other so-called Denverites come up with). The season standings saw only some minor shuffling, with Dusty and Emma swapping seats, as well as Ton and Ben. Donna made the biggest move this week, with a strong 3rd place finish on the week boosting her up 2 spots. And to balance things, Luke stepped down a couple. Susan and Flo therefore remain tied for first, but now they are only a single point ahead of their closest rival, Dusty. The top 4 spots are all pretty close now, as well as 5-8. |

Scoring: Each correct pick earns you a point. In addition to that, each correct underdog pick earns you a bonus point. Underdogs are indicated by the presence of a number next to the team name on the pick sheet, representing the number of points that they are expected to lose by (point spread).
Deadlines: It is in your interest to make your picks accurately and get them in on time. Late submissions may be allowed at the discretion of the poolmaster; changes in picks, after the submission deadline, are not allowed. |

The winner at the end of the regular season gets their name engraved on the plaque of the trophy. The previous year's winner is responsible for getting the plaque updated, and the trophy mailed to the new winner in a timely fashion. Mark and Rosa have set the bar very high for turnaround time here.
Note: only family members are eligible for the family trophy. Other invited players are eligible for the "Family and Friends" trophy.
While we do run a pool for the postseason, there is no prize other than the honor of winning. |
