News from last week:
Fourteen was a great week for Jacob, and nearly a perfect one. He was perfect through the early Sunday games, but then his underdog pick of Oakland failed to come through for him, as it did for most of us. Come Monday night, I was almost rooting for Jacob's pick, Arizona, over my own. It's been a while since we had an entry with 15 correct picks (since week 1). Jacob's 19 points moves him up a spot in the standings to #2, pushing Donna back down next to hubby Ben. Kiss, kiss!
Not to be outdone, thanks to her SF pick for MNF, Rosa also picks up 19 points on the week, and moves up 3 places in the Season Standings! Whoa! Way to bust a move, Rosa!
Emma, also with a strong showing this week, moves up two notches. Ben goes all in this week, after two weeks with no correct upsets, picking only upsets, and is rewarded with 6 upset points. A good week for that strategy, but a hard way to make up ground.
